DGS Track Update: Due to the rain forecast for tomorrow (4/10), the track meet at Murphysboro has been postponed. There will be track practice 3-4:15.
Our students have been gearing up for the solar eclipse all week! Thank you to Banterra Bank for providing eclipse glasses to all students and staff so they can experience the eclipse safely! We appreciate it!
DeSoto Grade School will dismiss at 2:15 on Friday, April 5, and thre will be no school on Monday, April 8.
Family Reading Night is tonight! Please come out and see all the wonderful activities we have planned.
IAR testing will resume this week. Grades 3, 5, and 8 will complete three English/Language Arts tests this week, while grades 4, 6, and 7 will complete the ELA tests next week. Please remind students the importnace of being at school and on time, as well as the items listed below. The students have done great so far!
